Life Is Too Short To Go Without A Massage

About Massage Therapist

Theresa Weatherall is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Texas, who provides massage services to clients in Carrollton, Castle Hills, The Colony, Frisco, Little Elm, Plano, Lewisville and surrounding areas.  She feels that the most important part of being a Massage Therapist is having a passion for what you do and truly caring about helping others.  She believes through massage she can make a difference by listening to clients and providing beneficial massages that meet their goals.

Theresa graduated from Parker School of Massage in 2010. Course work at Parker included applied anatomy, physiology, pathology, kinesiology, and many other courses. Theresa was a top intern in her class that completed 80 plus massages for internship and received high survey ratings for her gifted touch and techniques. She is a longstanding member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). Theresa received her Massage license upon completion of a 600 hour program, internship, and passing the MBLEx Exam

Theresa is trained in multiple modalities as well as continues to learn, read, interact with other massage professionals, provide quality  massages, and add to her skills to meet the needs of her clients.

Theresa lives in The Colony Texas with her husband and children.  She and her family have lived in The Colony since 2003.  During her free time she loves to spend time with her family, go to karaoke, cook, and work out.

Troy Weatherall is a 2017 graduate of Sterling Health Center’s Basic Plus Massage Therapy Program (570 hours).   The areas of education included Health & Hygiene, Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Kinesiology, and Business and Professional Ethics.  Massage techniques courses were Swedish, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Neuro-Muscular Techniques, Total Body Stretching, and Prenatal.  This program also provided me with 70 hours of Clinical Application Practice in addition to the 50 hours required.  During Clinical Application, he learned to effectively apply a combination of massage techniques to reach my client’s goals.  He is a longstanding member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP).

Troy’s goal is to first always be respectful and professional and second be committed to improving and learning new techniques so that he can provide each client with a customized massage to help them reach their goals and get back to enjoying life.

Troy is also a husband and father of 4 boys and a Marine Corps Veteran who has spent the last two decades working in the Semiconductor Industry.  He enjoys spending time with my family, going to the gym, reading, and watching a good movie.

Troy’s decision to become a Massage Therapist was influenced by experiencing the many benefits that resulted from receiving an effective massage thanks to my wife Theresa.  He also saw how rewarding it was to know that each day you go to work, you have an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s day.
